Global Business Plaza | Community Participation & Representation Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all community spaces, including but not limited to live events, meetings, virtual rooms, presentations, chat interactions, visual assets, written materials, and recordings associated with On Balance Entertainment LLC and all affiliated brands, programs, initiatives, and subsidiaries.
Inclusive, Safe Community
We are committed to fostering a welcoming environment where all people are treated with dignity and respect.
We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or demeaning behavior of any kind—whether explicit or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any form of marginalization.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
All determinations are made at our sole discretion, taking into account context, impact, and alignment with community values. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the community.
If you experience or witness harmful behavior, please notify us so we can address it appropriately.
Respectful Communication
Participants are expected to engage respectfully, even when perspectives differ.
Dismissive language, passive aggression, or intentionally inflammatory communication undermines the collaborative environment we are building. Clear, constructive dialogue is encouraged.
Cultural Representation & Community Respect
We support authentic personal expression while honoring the dignity of all cultures and communities.
Participants are asked to avoid using cultural or spiritual references in room titles, visuals, presentations, branding, or materials unless they have a direct lived connection or documented permission to share them. This includes sacred practices, ceremonial roles, attire, symbolism, or culturally significant language.
Our standard is simple: express your voice without misrepresenting or appropriating the heritage of others.
If you are uncertain whether content aligns with this guideline, we encourage you to consult with us in advance.
Room Titles, Visuals, and Presentations
Room names, thumbnails, promotional materials, and presentation content must not contain discriminatory, stereotypical, or culturally appropriative language or imagery.
We reserve the right to request modifications to ensure alignment with community standards.
Recording of Sessions and Meetings
On Balance Entertainment LLC, operating as Global Business Plaza and related brands, may record sessions, meetings, and events for training, documentation, quality assurance, or educational purposes.
By attending a hosted event or meeting, you acknowledge that it may be recorded unless otherwise stated.
All recordings are conducted in compliance with applicable laws. Where legally required, consent will be obtained. If you have concerns regarding recording, you must notify us prior to the session. Alternative arrangements may be considered at our discretion.
Participant Recording Policy
Participants may not record any session—audio, video, screen capture, or redistribution to external platforms—without explicit written consent from On Balance Entertainment LLC or the designated host.
Screenshots for personal reference are permitted unless otherwise communicated in advance.
By participating in any session, meeting, or event associated with On Balance Entertainment LLC, you agree to these guidelines.
All official recordings are stored and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.
