Community Participation & Representation Guidelines

Last Updated: March 24, 2026

These guidelines apply to all community spaces, including but not limited to live events, meetings, virtual rooms, presentations, chat interactions, visual assets, written materials, and recordings associated with On Balance Entertainment LLC and all affiliated brands, programs, initiatives, and subsidiaries.

Inclusive, Safe Community

We are committed to fostering a welcoming environment where all people are treated with dignity and respect.

We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or demeaning behavior of any kind — whether explicit or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any form of marginalization.

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

All determinations are made at our sole discretion, taking into account context, impact, and alignment with community values. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the community.

If you experience or witness harmful behavior, please notify us so we can address it appropriately.

Respectful Communication

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, even when perspectives differ.

Dismissive language, passive aggression, or intentionally inflammatory communication undermines the collaborative environment we are building. Clear, constructive dialogue is encouraged.

Cultural Representation & Community Respect

We support authentic personal expression while honoring the dignity of all cultures and communities.

Participants are asked to avoid using cultural or spiritual references in room titles, visuals, presentations, branding, or materials unless they have a direct lived connection or documented permission to share them. This includes sacred practices, ceremonial roles, attire, symbolism, or culturally significant language.

Our standard is simple: express your voice without misrepresenting or appropriating the heritage of others.

If you are uncertain whether content aligns with this guideline, we encourage you to consult with us in advance.

Room Titles, Visuals, and Presentations

Room names, thumbnails, promotional materials, and presentation content must not contain discriminatory, stereotypical, or culturally appropriative language or imagery.

We reserve the right to request modifications to ensure alignment with community standards.

Recording of Sessions and Meetings

On Balance Entertainment LLC, operating as Global Business Plaza and related brands, may record sessions, meetings, and events for training, documentation, quality assurance, or educational purposes.

By attending a hosted event or meeting, you acknowledge that it may be recorded unless otherwise stated.

All recordings are conducted in compliance with applicable laws. Where legally required, consent will be obtained. If you have concerns regarding recording, you must notify us prior to the session. Alternative arrangements may be considered at our discretion.

Participant Recording Policy

Participants may not record any session — audio, video, screen capture, or redistribution to external platforms — without explicit written consent from On Balance Entertainment LLC or the designated host.

Screen sharing — Participants may only share their screen when explicitly invited or permitted by the host.

AI meeting tools — Tools like Otter.ai, Fireflies, or any auto-transcription/recording software are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

Chat logs — Session chat content is private to that session and may not be copied, screenshotted, or redistributed without permission.

All official recordings are stored and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

By participating in any session, meeting, or event associated with On Balance Entertainment LLC, you agree to these guidelines.

DISCLAIMER

Last Updated: March 1, 2026

1. Who We Are

On Balance Entertainment LLC, operating as Global Business Plaza, TimeBenders™, QuinteSphere™, Headshot Strategist®, and affiliated brands (the "Company"), is a business community platform and event company. We are not a law firm, financial advisory firm, medical practice, or licensed professional services provider of any kind.

Our founder and team bring experience in business strategy, community building, coaching, and event production. That experience informs everything we offer — but it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional in any field.

By accessing or using any of our Services — including our websites, community platforms, events, coaching, directory, or digital content — you agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Questions? Contact us at: [email protected]

2. Not Professional Advice

The information, content, coaching, strategies, and resources provided through our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing shared through our websites, events, community spaces, coaching sessions, digital content, or any other part of our Services constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, or therapeutic advice.

The Company is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, accountant, therapist, or medical provider. Our founder and team share experience, perspective, and strategies — not professional opinions in licensed fields.

You should not rely on anything shared through our Services as a substitute for professional advice specific to your situation. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before making decisions in legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional matters.

Nothing in our Services creates a professional-client relationship of any kind — including but not limited to an attorney-client, financial advisor-client, or therapist-client relationship.

3. Coaching and Strategic Advisory Services

The Company offers coaching and strategic advisory services to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals think through their goals, strategy, and growth. These services reflect our experience and perspective — they are not licensed consulting, therapy, financial planning, or legal advice.

What Coaching Is — and What It Isn't

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused conversation designed to support your thinking and planning. It is not a guarantee of any particular result. The Company does not diagnose, prescribe, or make decisions for you. Any strategy, framework, or recommendation shared during a coaching session is offered as perspective — you decide what to do with it.

Your Responsibility as a Coaching Client

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. The Company's role is to offer support and perspective, not to manage your business or personal affairs. Before acting on any coaching guidance — especially in legal, financial, medical, or tax matters — please consult a qualified, licensed professional in that field.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income level, business result, or personal transformation from coaching. Results vary widely based on individual effort, circumstances, commitment, and factors outside our control. Any examples or outcomes shared during sessions are illustrative only and are not promises of what you will achieve.

4. Speakers and Guest Presenters

Global Business Plaza events and community programming may feature guest speakers, presenters, panelists, and subject matter experts. Each guest speaker participates as an independent individual and is not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. Their participation does not constitute an endorsement by the Company of their views, products, services, or businesses.

Speaker Content Is Their Own

Guest speakers present their own perspectives, experiences, and opinions. They are solely responsible for their own content, claims, and any products or services they may promote during or in connection with our events. The Company does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content presented by guest speakers. You are responsible for evaluating any information presented and conducting your own due diligence before acting on it.

No Liability for Speaker Content

The Company is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from content presented by guest speakers, panelists, or guest contributors — whether at live events, virtual sessions, recorded content, or community spaces. The Company is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or relationship between a speaker and any attendee or community member. If a speaker provides information touching on legal, financial, medical, or other professional matters, that information does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

5. Live and Virtual Events

The Company hosts live events, virtual gatherings, workshops, community rooms, and networking experiences. Participation in any event is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk.

Event Content Is Educational and Informational

Content shared during events — including presentations, discussions, panels, and breakout sessions — is intended for educational, informational, and community-building purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

Third-Party Platforms

Some events and community spaces are hosted through third-party platforms, including Rippily™, Luma, and others. When you participate through these platforms, your experience is also subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party platforms.

Recordings

Events may be recorded for training, documentation, or educational purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that the session may be recorded. Participants may not record any session without explicit written permission from the Company. See our full Recording Policy at policiesgbp.com.

No Guarantee of Event Outcomes

The Company does not guarantee that participation in any event will result in specific business outcomes, connections, revenue, or personal development. Results depend entirely on your own engagement, follow-through, and circumstances.

6. Directory Listings and Business Owners

Global Business Plaza includes a business directory where independent business owners and vendors may list their products, services, and offerings. Each listing is independently owned and operated. Each business owner is their own independent entity and is not an employee, agent, affiliate, or representative of the Company.

We Do Not Endorse Directory Listings

The Company does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or reliability of any business, product, or service listed in the directory. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by the Company.

Business Owners Are Solely Responsible for Their Content

Each business owner is solely responsible for their own listing content, claims, products, services, pricing, and customer interactions. The Company is not a party to any transaction between directory users and listed businesses and accepts no liability for the actions, representations, or omissions of any directory business owner.

Do Your Own Due Diligence

Before engaging with any business listed in the directory — including making a purchase, signing a contract, or entering a business relationship — you are encouraged to conduct your own research and due diligence. The Company is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your interactions with directory listings.

7. Content and Digital Resources

All content provided through our websites, social media, email communications, guides, templates, recordings, and digital resources is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It reflects our perspective and experience and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Content may change without notice.

8. Errors and Omissions

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that information provided through our Services is accurate and current, errors, omissions, and outdated content can occur — particularly in fast-moving areas like business, technology, law, and regulations. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in our content, directory listings, speaker presentations, event materials, or digital resources.

You agree that the Company is not responsible for the views, opinions, or accuracy of information shared by guest speakers, community members, directory business owners, or any third party connected with our Services. Because business practices, laws, and market conditions are constantly evolving, we do not warrant that all information remains current or complete at the time you access it.

If you identify an error or inaccuracy in our content, we welcome you to notify us at [email protected] so we can review and address it.

9. Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Tools

The Company may use artificial intelligence tools to support various aspects of its Services, including content creation, community support, platform optimization, and communications. Where A.I. tools have been used, the finished content and ideas remain the work and responsibility of the Company.

A.I.-assisted content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of any A.I.-generated content and is not liable for any decisions you make based on it.

You acknowledge that any information or guidance encountered through A.I.-assisted features of our Services is used at your own risk, and you are responsible for applying your own judgment before acting on it.

10. Affiliates and Commercial Relationships

From time to time, the Company may recommend, promote, or partner with other businesses, tools, platforms, or service providers that we believe may be valuable to our community. In some cases, the Company may receive a commission, referral fee, or other compensation when you engage with or purchase from these partners.

We only recommend products, services, or platforms that we genuinely believe may be useful. However, any recommendation or mention does not constitute a formal endorsement, and you are responsible for making your own informed decision about whether any partner product or service is right for you.

When you click through to a partner or affiliate website, this Disclaimer and our other policies no longer apply. Please review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit. The Company is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of or reliance on partner or affiliate products and services.

11. No Guarantees — Use at Your Own Discretion

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction that results from your use of the Services.

You agree to use your own judgment before acting on any information, strategy, or recommendation you encounter through our Services. The Company is not responsible for decisions you make based on our content, coaching, events, speakers, or community.

12. Testimonials

Testimonials and success stories shared in connection with our Services reflect the individual experiences of specific participants. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Individual outcomes vary based on effort, background, circumstances, and many other factors.

13. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee any specific income, revenue, business growth, or financial outcome from participating in our Services, coaching, events, or community. Any financial examples shared are illustrative only. Your results will depend on your own effort, decisions, market conditions, and factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for your financial outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Balance Entertainment LLC and its team, affiliates, speakers, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, participation in our events, reliance on our content, or interactions with directory listings or guest speakers.

In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
